Admission Process Outine:
- Go to the course of choice and click the "Apply Now" button.
- Please only apply if you have made the decision to apply with us.
- Do not complete this process if you have a query on this course - contact us at 1300 290 609 (leaving a message).
- Complete the required information and submit.
- Immediately check your email (including your junk folder) for a link to the Learning Management System - Here you need to activate your account and you are also required to complete an application 'course' found once you log in.
- Upload all the required information including the name of the agent you have chosen to use.
- You will get an email from us to discuss the course further. We like to talk to each applicant before we accept you onto the course, so please be prepared for a phone call.
- On acceptance, we will send you an email with a Letter of Offer to agree and electronically sign.
- Ensure to read our terms and conditions (T&C’s) for enrolment as well as our refund policy before confirming your application. The T&C’s will be attached to your letter of offer and agreement.
- You will be asked to pay the enrolment fee at this point.
- You will be required to start a process to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate and email to us to file.
- On clearance of the enrolment fee we will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment certificate to you (cc'ing your agent to start the visa process).
- Once your student visa is granted, you can make arrangements to travel to Perth (Australia) to begin your course, if you are not already here.
- If you require any assistance regarding airport greeting, please inform The Animal Academy of your arrival details at least five working days before your intended arrival in Australia.
- An invitation to attend a compulsory orientation will be forwarded to you before the course commencement with a date and time that you must attend.
- Finally we will get your study underway!!

- The Animal Academy’s policies and procedures for International Students are in accordance with the Australian Government Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS), Education Services for Overseas Students Regulations 2001 and the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
